- Order early. Most publishers request a 4 week processing period for permissions requests if we must deal with them directly.
- Provide the best quality originals possible – ideally the original books or journals. The custom courseware process produces a final product that is 2-3 generations removed from whatever material you supply.
- Provide complete bibliographic information for each item. The custom courseware process requires more information than standard citations, including, wherever possible, ISBN or ISSN, total page count for the entire source book or journal issue, and publisher for both journals and books.
