We maintain an extensive VPN over high speed DSL cable which allows for fast and secure transfer of files and data. Each of our divisions maintains its own secure ftp service allowing our clients to upload their files through either an ftp client or even their browser.
In addition to ftp service, we employ robust Project Management System which monitors all aspects of production, quotes, schedules, tracking, supplies, mailing, and billing. At anytime your Account Manager has at his or her fingertips the most up-to-date information about your project whether it is in production, post-production or even archived.
We are fast, efficient and secure - we employ SDLT tape backup systems and run FULL backups (in GFS (Grand Father, Son) rotations so that we can easily recover in case of disaster. Regular, random restore tests are performed to ensure that data that has been backed up can be restored.
In addition we maintain an extensive archiving system to CD and DVD which allows us to retrieve previous job details and material and reprint them for our clients.
